网络社会治理的现代化架构需要以政府改革与民众认可作为治理效能的整体推动力,对于网络社会治理的再探究有利于增强虚拟空间的凝聚力和执行力。通过政府与民众间的互动关系对网络社会治理共识形态进行考察,可以发现,伴随着网络技术的不断发展,民众的网络社会治理的认知主要呈现两层含义,也就是“稳定”与“变动”。研究得出,网络社会治理共识形态转化是受到多种因素影响的产物。新时代网络社会治理的发展,需要凝聚共力的环境契合性、治理实践的交互性以及民众认知的同一性。

The modern structure of network social governance needs to take government reform and public recognition as the overall driving force of governance efficiency.The re-exploration of network social governance is conducive to enhancing the cohesion and execution of virtual space.By investigating the form of network social consensus governance through the interaction between the government and the people,it can be found that with the continuous development of network technology,the public's cognition of network social governance mainly presents two meanings,namely“stability”and“change”.Research shows that the transformation of network social consensus governance is influenced by a variety of factors.The development of network social governance in the new era requires the convergence of environment,interaction of governance practice and identity of public cognition.
