《黄帝内经》“神”与“精神”概念解析

通过对《黄帝内经》文本的分析,特别是《灵枢·九针十二原》中一种与“神”有关针法的含义,指出“神”的主要含义是生命运动的内在动力,与气和精的关系类似一阶导数和二阶导数。《黄帝内经》的精、气、神可对应物理学的能量物质、运动和动力。精神是精气与神气的合称,精气指在经络中运动的精微物质,神气指推动血液运动的动力和血管的搏动传导。神、魂、魄属于同一层级的生命力概念。神和精神在多数情况下并不代表人心理方面的含义。

Through the analysis of the text of Huangdi Neijing,especially the meaning of acupuncture related to mental activity in Lingshu·Jiuzhen Shier Yuan,it is pointed out that the main meaning of mental activity is the internal power of life movement,and the relationship with qi and essence is similar to the first-order derivative and second-order derivative.The essence,qi and mental activity of Huangdi Neijing can correspond to the energy,material,motion and motive power.Spirit is the combined name of essential qi and qi of mental activity.Essential qi refers to the subtle substances moving in the meridians,and qi of mental activity refers to the power to promote blood movement and the pulsation conduction of blood vessels.Mental activity,soul and inferior spirit belong to the concept of vitality at the same level.In most cases,mental activity and spirit do not represent the meaning of human psychology.
