摘要
在对深圳B区F街道禁毒社工深入调查的基础上,分析了禁毒社工面临的“三重困境”——专业困境、组织困境、自我困境,具体就是禁毒社工工作任务重、要求高、压力大、薪酬低、流动强、风险高、专业价值感和认同度低、部门协作和政策支持不足等等。依据自我效能感和赋权理论,本文提出禁毒社工的纾困之道在于赋权,通过自我赋权、组织赋权、专业赋权实现禁毒社工自我效能感提升。
Based on an in-depth investigation of anti-drug social workers in F Street,District B in Shenzhen,this paper makes an analysis of the"triple dilemma"faced by anti-drug social workers:such as professional dilemma,organizational dilemma and self-dilemma.In other words,the anti-drug social workers have heavy tasks,high requirements and pressure,low pay,strong mobility,high risks,low professional value and recognition,insufficient collaboration of various departments and policy support,etc.Based on self-efficacy and theory of empowerment,this article proposes that the way to rescue anti-drug social workers lies in empowerment through self-empowerment,organizational empowerment and professional empowerment so as to improve the self-efficacy of anti-drug social workers.
