索道用钢丝绳检测周期分析

钢丝绳作为客运索道的重要承载结构,其安全受到各方重视。影响钢丝绳使用寿命的损伤主要为断丝,疲劳断丝提示钢丝绳已经开始进入疲劳阶段,索道使用单位也应做好钢丝绳更换准备。目前钢丝绳检测最有效的手段是通过钢丝绳探伤仪,但其结果情况复杂,受检测人员的经验影响较大。文中提出了按照影响因素对钢丝绳状态进行评估的方法,给制定合理的检测周期提供一定帮助。

As wire rope is an important bearing structure of passenger ropeway,the safety of wire rope has been paid attention to by all parties.The main damage affecting the service life of wire rope is broken wire,which indicates that the wire rope has already entered the fatigue stage,and the ropeway users need to be prepared to replace the wire rope.Currently,the most effective wire rope inspection is carried out by using a wire rope flaw detector,but results of such inspections are complex and are greatly influenced by the experience of inspectors.In this paper,a method of evaluating the state of wire rope according to the influencing factors is proposed,which will help to determine a reasonable inspection cycle.
