摘要 依托于新一代的智能电网调度技术支持系统D5000平台,利用外挂运算脚本,通过自主知识产权的运算方法解决了配电网广泛存在的由于局部故障支路开关同主线开关配合不畅而导致停电范围扩大的问题,突破了国内外对配网转供方案的启发式算法、随机优化算法、专家系统法、混合算法等通常算法,针对地区配电网网架较薄弱、接入有待完善以及部分带故指的现状量身设计了遍历算法的故障隔离转供方案,同时依据历史负荷对算法结果进行修正,经测试系统能够正确推出隔离转供方案并有效下达控制指令。 Relying on the D5000 platform of the new generation of intelligent power grid dispatching technical support system,using the external operation script and the operation method of independent intellectual property rights,this paper solves the widespread problem of power outage scope expansion due to the poor cooperation between the local fault branch switch and the main line switch in the distribution network,breaks through the heuristic algorithm and random optimization of the domestic and foreign distribution network transfer schemes algorithm,expert system method,hybrid algorithm and other common algorithms,aiming at the current situation of weak distribution network frame,it imperfects access and some fault indications in our district,designs the fault isolation transfer scheme of ergodic algorithm.At the same time,ac-cording to the historical load to modify the algorithm results,the test system can correctly deduce the isolation transfer scheme and effectively issue control instructions.
