Material flow analysis of recycled copper in Sichuan province

摘要 铜是人类最早发现的古老金属之一,也是我国重要的战略金属矿产。在我国有色金属资源储量严重不足的情况下,再生铜极大程度上缓解了我国铜资源的严重不足,拓宽了铜的来源渠道。本文通过对四川省九家再生铜企业的现场调研,获取了铜产业的流量、流向、再生产情况,并对铜流量、流向、再生产情况进行了分析,同时对金属铜的再生利用社会经济价值和再生利用生态环境价值进行影响评价。结果表明,再生铜比冶炼铜平均节约18.16%的能源,废铜的回收、再利用,无论从节能降耗、缩短生产流程周期,还是从环境保护、改善人类生态环境等各方面都可以产生可观的经济价值和生态价值。基于此,本文绘制了四川省重点金属铜企业年处理量级再生铜产量桑基图,并从生态、经济和政策等方面提出建议。 Copper is one of the earliest ancient metals discovered by human beings,and it is also an important strategic metal mineral in China.In the case of the serious shortage of non-ferrous metal resources in China,recycled copper has alleviated the serious shortage of copper resources in China to a great extent and broadened the source channels of copper.Through on-site investigation and enterprise information understanding of nine recycled copper enterprises in Sichuan province,this paper studies material flow analysis of flow,flow direction,and reproduction of the copper industry.This paper also shows assessment of socio-economic value and ecological environmental value of metal copper recycling.The results show that recycled copper could save 18.16%of energy on average compared to smelted copper,the recycling and reusing of waste copper could lead to positive results in terms of energy conservation,consumption reduction,shortening of production process cycles,environmental protection,and improvement of ecological and environment value.Sangkey diagram of annual output of recycled copper of key metal copper enterprises in Sichuan province is also performed,and suggestions are given from ecological,policy and economic aspects.
