督脉膀胱经火龙灸治疗肺肾气虚型肺胀的效果

Effect of fire dragon moxibustion on the governor vessel and the bladder meridian with pulmonary distension of lung and kidney deficiency type

目的探析督脉膀胱经火龙灸治疗肺肾气虚型肺胀的效果及作用机制。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月于中山市中医院就诊的60例肺肾气虚型肺胀患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(30例)予以西医常规治疗,观察组(30例)则予以督脉膀胱经火龙灸治疗,对比两组患者临床症状缓解效果、急性加重次数及6 min步行距离改善情况。结果观察组各项临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急性加重次数低于对照组,其6 min步行距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论督脉膀胱经火龙灸治疗肺肾气虚型肺胀的效果确切,不仅可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,还能减少病症急性发作次数,增加患者6 min步行距离,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of action of fire dragon moxibustion on the governor vessel and the bladder meridian for the treatment of pulmonary distension of lung and kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 60 patients with pulmonary distension of lung and kidney deficiency type who attended Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(30 patients)was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group(30 patients)was treated with fire dragon moxibustion on the governor vessel and the bladder meridian.The effect of clinical symptom relief,the number of acute exacerbations and the improvement of 6-min walking distance were compared between the two groups.Results All clinical symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The number of acute exacerbations in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and its 6-min walking distance was longer than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fire dragon moxibustion on the governor vessel and the bladder meridian in treating pulmonary distension of lung and kidney deficiency type is evident,which can not only effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,but also reduce the number of acute exacerbations of disease and increase patient's walking distance for 6 min.It is worthy of clinical applicat ion.
