中医辨证施护在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的应用进展

Application progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation nursing in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes

妊娠期糖尿病是女性妊娠期母体发生变化、机体调畅不佳而引起的一种代谢性疾病,多受孕妇体质、证型、饮食、运动、情志等影响。妊娠期糖尿病患者糖代谢大多在产后可恢复正常,但妊娠期糖尿病对孕妇和胎儿均有极大危害,所以必须引起临床重视。大量研究表明,中医辨证施护对妊娠期糖尿病患者预防并发症及改变妊娠结局有显著效果。本研究通过阐述妊娠期糖尿病的危害及相关概念,综述中医辨证及中医特色护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用现状,探讨其应用存在的问题,展望其发展趋势,为中医辨证施护在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用提供参考依据。

Gestational diabetes is a metabolic disease caused by maternal changes and poor body regulation during pregnancy,which is mostly affected by pregnant women's physique,syndrome type,diet,exercise,emotions and so on.The glucose metabolism of patients with gestational diabetes mostly can return to normal after delivery,but gestational diabetes is extremely harmful to pregnant women and fetuses,which shall be given clinical attention.A large number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation nursing has a significant effect on preventing complications and changing pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes.In this study,by explaining the harms and related concepts of gestational diabetes,the paper aims to review the current application status of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing and nursing with TCM characteristics in patients with gestational diabetes,discuss the problems in its application,and look int o its future development trend,thus providing a reference basis for applying TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in pati ents with gestational diabetes.
