针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果及对膝关节功能评分的影响

Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis and its impact on knee function score

目的分析针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果及患者膝关节功能评分改善情况。方法采用回顾性分析选取2018年1月至2019年12月荆门市中医医院接收的80例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,遵从“平衡序贯法”分组,将其分为对照组(38例,常规治疗)和观察组(42例,在对照组常规对症治疗基础上联合针灸开展治疗);观察临床疗效、治疗前后膝关节功能、运动功能以及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组临床疗效高达95.2%,较对照组(78.9%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者膝关节功能、运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后观察组患者膝关节功能、运动功能评分高于对照组,躯体功能、活力、心理卫生等生活质量各指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝骨关节炎患者开展临床治疗,建议在常规治疗的基础上联合针灸开展治疗;在提升临床疗效、改善膝关节功能和生活质量方面具有显著价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating knee osteoarthritis and the improvement on the knee function scores of patients.Methods This study was conducted by using retrospective analysis,and the study period was from January 2018 to December 2019.80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during this period were selected as the study subjects and were grouped into the control group(n=38,with conventional treatment)and the observation group(n=42,with acupuncture combined with the same conventional treatment as the control group)according to the"balanced sequential method".The clinical efficacy,improvements of knee function,motor function and quality of life before and after treatment were observed.Results The clinical efficacy was 95.2%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of knee function and motor function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of knee function and motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of physical function,vitality,mental health and other quality of life indicators were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis is recommended to be carried out in combination with acupuncture on the basis of conventional treatment.This treatment method has significant value in enhancing clinical efficacy and improving knee function and quality of life.
