协同护理模式对心肌梗死患者心功能指标的影响

Impacts of collaborative nursing mode on cardiac function indices of patients with myocardial infarction

目的探讨协同护理模式对心肌梗死患者心功能指标的影响。方法本研究选取2016年8月至2019年5月广东省人民医院心内科收治住院的120例心肌梗死患者,采用回顾性研究,并按照护理方法不同将患者分为两组,每组各60例。对照组应用常规方式进行护理;研究组联合使用协同护理。研究两组患者的心功能指标。结果护理前,两组患者的心功能左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期直径(LVESD)和左室射血分数(LVEF),以及血清肌酸激酶(CK)、同功酶(CKMB)和肌钙蛋白T(TNT)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过实施协同护理模式,研究组的心功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CK、CKMB及TNT明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心肌梗死患者应用协同护理模式进行护理能更为显著的改善患者的相关心功能指标水平,降低患者的血清CK、CKMB以及TNT的水平,提高临床护理质量,可进一步研究应用。

Objective To investigate the impacts of collaborative nursing mode on cardiac function indices of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to and treated in the department of cardiology of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from August 2016 to May 2019 were retrospectively studied in this research.And the patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to different nursing methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the study group was combined with collaborative nursing.The cardiac function indices of the two groups were studied.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in cardiac functions such as left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB)and troponin T(TNT)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the implementation of the collaborative nursing mode,the cardiac functions of the study group were significantly superior to those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of serum CK,its CKMB and TNT in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of collaborative nursing mode of patients with myocardial infarction can more significantly boost the level of related cardiac function indices,reduce the levels of serum CK,CKMB and TNT,and improve the quality of clinical nursing.Therefore,it should be further studied and applied.
