基于微信平台的健康教育对慢性病毒性肝炎患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

Impacts of health education based on WeChat platform on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with chronic viral hepatitis

目的探讨基于微信平台的健康教育对慢性病毒性肝炎患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年5月至2020年5月广东医科大学附属第二医院收治的慢性病毒性肝炎患者84例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取基于微信平台的健康教育。比较两组干预前及干预后健康促进行为、生活质量及干预后遵医行为。结果干预前,两组健康促进行为评分及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组健康促进行为评分、生活质量评分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组健康促进行为评分(150.35±11.66)分、生活质量评分(168.77±18.63)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医率为95.24%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予微信平台的健康教育可有效提高慢性病毒性肝炎患者生活质量,并促进其遵医行为和健康行为,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the impacts of health education based on WeChat platform on compliance behavior and quality of life(QoL)of patients with chronic viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic viral hepatitis admitted to and treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine care,while the observation group was treated with health education based on WeChat platform.Health promotion behavior and QoL before and after intervention,and compliance behavior after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in health promotion behavior score and QoL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of health promotion behavior and QoL in the two groups were both higher than those before the intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of health promotion behavior and QoL in the observation group were(150.35±11.66)points and(168.77±18.63)points,which were both higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 73.81%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education provided on WeChat platform can effectively improve the QoL of patients with chronic viral hepatitis,and promote their co mpliance behavior and health behavior,which has relatively higher appli cation value.
