手术患者术中预防低体温持续质量改进的应用及对低体温发生率的影响

The application of continuous quality improvement in operation patients to prevent hypothermia during surgery and its impact on the incidence of hypothermia

目的探讨手术患者术中预防低体温持续质量改进的应用及对低体温发生率的影响。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2020年1月广州市第一人民医院收治的142例手术患者进行研究,根据护理方法的不同分为研究组(n=71)和对照组(n=71),对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用持续质量改进干预。对两组患者的不良反应、体温监控及护理满意度进行研究。结果与对照组比较,研究组不良反应低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组术毕的体温高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组护理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理模式相比,在手术患者中应用持续质量改进改善低体温的效果明显,有利于维持患者术中体温恒定,且不良反应少,安全性较高,有利于进一步提升护理满意度,为患者提供更为优质的护理,促进手术患者康复,值得大力推广。

Objective To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in operation patients to prevent hypothermia during surgery and its impact on the incidence of hypothermia.Methods A total of 142 operation patients admitted to Guangzhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively studied and selected as study objects.Patients were divided into the study group(n=71)and the control group(n=71)according to different nursing methods.The conventional nursing intervention was applied in the control group,and the continuous quality improvement intervention was applied in the study group.Adverse reactions,temperature monitoring and nursing satisfaction were studied in both groups.Results The scores of adverse reactions were lower in the study group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the temperature after operation was higher in the study group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Besides,the nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing patterns,the effect of applying continuous quality improvement on hypothermia in operation patients is obvious.It is beneficial to maintain patients'intraoperative body temperature constant with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.And it is helpful for further improving patient nursing satisfaction,providing more quality nursing,and promoting the recovery of operation patients.It is worth promoting vigor ously.
