护理风险管理对急诊心肌梗死患者的应用效果

The application effect of nursing risk management on patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的研究护理风险管理在急诊心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的应用和临床效果。方法简单随机抽样选取2019年6月至2020年6月在联勤保障部队第九0九医院急诊科收治的80例AMI患者作为试验组,另简单随机抽样选取2018年6月至2019年5月收治的80例AMI患者作为对照组。对照组采用常规急诊护理,试验组则实施护理风险管理。比较两组患者急救护理效果、预后情况和满意程度。结果试验组AMI患者分诊时间、急诊救治时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组AMI复发率和并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),而抢救成功率两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组AMI患者满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理能有效缩短AMI患者分诊时间、急诊救治时间及住院时间,减少AMI复发率和并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,有利于患者的救治和康复。

Objective To study the application and clinical effect of nursing risk management on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 80 AMI patients admitted to the Emergency Department of the 909th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the experimental group,and 80 AMI patients admitted from June 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the control group.The control group received conventional emergency nursing,and the experimental group received nursing risk management.The effect of emergency nursing,prognosis and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The triage time,emergency treatment time and length of stay of AMI patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and complication incidence of AMI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the rescue success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction degree of AMI patients in the experimental group was 95.00%higher than that of 85.00%in the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can effectively shorten the triage time,emergency treatment time and length of stay of AMI patients,reduce the recurrence rate and complication incidence of AMI,improve patient satisfaction,and benefit the treatment and recovery of patients.
