天然色素与碳酸钙对造纸法再造烟叶外观质量的影响

Effects of Natural Pigments and Calcium Carbonate on the Appearance Quality of Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco

为分析天然色素和碳酸钙对再造烟叶L*、a*、b*3项外观指标的影响,通过分光测色仪对比分析添加天然色素前后不同碳酸钙用量的再造烟叶外观指标的变化情况。结果表明:添加色素后碳酸钙用量与L*、a*的相关性与添加前一致,但对b*的相关性发生了反转;同时,b*与a*的相关性也发生了反转,推测红色素对b*产生了明显的负相关影响,即在通过添加天然色素调整产品外观的设计过程中,需要平衡a*与b*的预期目标。通过正交试验方差分析可知,在实验范围内,红色素用量对3项外观指标的影响最显著,碳酸钙用量次之,黄色素用量影响较小,为再造烟叶产品外观调整的添加剂配方设计奠定了基础。

In order to analyze the effects of natural pigments and calcium carbonate on L*、a*and b*three appearance indicators of reconstituted tobacco,the changes of the appearance indicators of reconstituted tobacco with different amounts of calcium carbonate before and after the addition of natural pigments were analyzed by spectrophotometer.The results indicated that the correlation between the amount of calcium carbonate and the L*and a*after adding the natural pigments was consistent with that before the addition,but the correlation of b*was reversed.Meanwhile,the correlation between b*and a*was also reversed,and it was speculated that the red pigment had a significant negative correlation effect on b*.That is,in the design process of adjusting the appearance of the product by adding natural pigments,it is necessary to balance the expected goals of a*and b*.According to the analysis of variance of orthogonal test,within the experimental range,it can be known that the amount of red pigment had the most significant effect on the three appearance indicators,followed by the amount of calcium carbonate,and the amount of yellow pigment had less effect,which laid the foundation for the additive formulation design for adjusting the appearance of the reconstituted tobacco product.
