进口废旧箱板纸解离的研究

摘要 为找出进口废旧箱板纸(OCC)在制浆碎解过程中纤维不易解离的原因,该文通过实验对进口OCC和国内OCC进行对比分析,并针对原因对进口OCC分别采用热水、碱水、清水和延长浸泡时间等预处理方法提高纤维的解离效果。结果表明:采用热水预处理进口OCC,其纤维解离效果提高最明显;热水预处理的水温越高越有利于进口OCC纤维的解离,当水温100℃时,进口OCC纤维解离百分比可以达到90%以上,极大地提高了废纸的成浆率。 In order to find out the reasons why the imported OCC is not easy to dissociate,this paper compares and analyzes the imported OCC and domestic OCC through experiments,and pretreatment methods such as hot water,alkali water,clean water and prolonging soaking time are used to improve the dissociation effect of imported OCC according to the original reasons.The results show that the dissociation effect is improved the most when imported OCC is pretreated with hot water,and the higher of the water temperature,the more favorable the dissociation of imported OCC.When the water temperature is 100℃,the dissociation percentage of imported OCC can reach more than 90%,which greatly improves the pulping rate of waste paper.
