玩具聚碳酸酯和聚砜材料中双酚A迁移量的测定不确定度评估

摘要 依据GB/T 38420—2019《玩具聚碳酸酯和聚砜材料中双酚A迁移量的测定高效液相色谱-串联质谱法》中对双酚A迁移量的检测要求,用水提取聚碳酸酯和聚砜材料试样中的双酚A,提取液用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(HPLC-MS/MS)进行定性及定量分析,并对该方法进行不确定度评估,依据《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》建立数学模型,进行不确定度的计算并合成不确定度。结果表明:玩具聚碳酸酯和聚砜材料中双酚A迁移量的测量不确定度主要来源为标准工作曲线、样品重复性和标准物质纯度,双酚A的不确定度为(0.021±0.002)mg/L,k=2;不确定度评定方法和程序符合规范要求,适用于同类型实验的不确定度评定。 According to the requirement of bisphenol A migration in GB/T 38420-2019"Determination of bisphenol A migration in polycarbonate and polysulfone materials in toys-High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry",water was used to extract bisphenol A from polycarbonate and polysulfone material samples,and the extracted liquid was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.A mathematical model is established according to the"Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement"(GUM)and it was employed to calculate and synthesize the uncertainty.The results show that the main sources of measurement uncertainty are standard curve,sample repeatability and standard substance purity.The uncertainty of bisphenol A is(0.021±0.002)mg/L,k=2.The evaluation procedure and method meet the requirements of the specification,which is suitable for the uncertainty evaluation of the same type of experiments.
