乡村振兴战略下农业科技与金融结合问题研究--以安徽省为例

Research on Combination of Agricultural Science and Technology and Rural Finance under the Ru⁃ral Revitalization Strategy--A Case Study of Anhui Province

农业科技创新离不开金融的支持,科技与金融的深度耦合是农业经济高质量发展的有力助推器。该文结合安徽省实际情况,以农业领域为切入点,探究了科技与金融的结合问题,分析发现农业科技金融领域存在政策不协调、贷款门槛较高、农业科技金融服务发展滞后与农业科技风险分散机制缺乏等问题,据此提出了创新农业科技与金融的结合模式、拓宽农业科技融资渠道、完善农业科技风险分散机制等针对性对策,以进一步促进金融惠农,为农业大省向农业强省的转变提供支撑。

Agricultural science and technology innovation is inseparable from financial support.Under the back⁃ground of national implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the deep coupling of science and technology and finance has become a powerful booster for the high-quality development of agricultural economy.Combined with the actual situation of Anhui Province,this paper explores the combination of science and technology and finance in the agricultural field.The analysis found that there are some problems in the field of agricultural science and technol⁃ogy finance,such as uncoordinated policies,high loan threshold,lagging development of agricultural science and technology finance service and lack of risk diversification mechanism.Some targeted improvement measures,such as innovating the combination mode of agricultural science and technology and finance,broadening the financing chan⁃nels of agricultural science and technology,and improving the risk dispersion mechanism of agricultural science and technology,are put forward.The financial benefit of agriculture can be promoted,so as to provide strong support for the transformation of agricultural province into a strong agricultural province.
