高质量发展是“十四五”乃至更长时期内我国经济社会发展的主题,推动高质量发展是当前工会组织面临的重大任务,同时也对工会工作实现高质量发展提出了新的时代要求。与会专家学者就高质量发展与工会改革、高质量发展与高质量劳动关系、高质量发展与产业工人队伍建设改革、高质量发展与劳动技能竞赛、高质量发展与工会工作的国际视野等重要议题进行了广泛深入的研讨,提出了许多兼具理论性、实践性和建设性的对策建议,对于高质量发展背景下如何更好地推进工会工作具有积极的启示意义。
