Focus on Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

手术干预是治疗白内障引起视力下降最有效的方法,能够安全有效地帮助患者重获光明。随着现代医学的发展,患者对视觉质量的要求逐渐提高,术后并发症同样成为白内障手术治疗需要解决的热点问题,干眼是其中最受关注的问题之一。笔者就可能导致白内障术后干眼的因素和目前存在的治疗手段进行探讨,结合已经存在的和尚在研究的围手术期预防手段,进一步加深临床医师对防治白内障术后干眼重要性的认识。

Phacoemulsification is the most effective way to treat cataract-induced vision loss,which can safely and efficiently help patients regain their sight.Patients are now expecting higher visual quality and fewer postoperative complications after cataract surgery.And dry eye disease is one of the most concerning complications.In this paper,the factors can lead to dry eye after cataract surgery and together with the existing treatment and current prevention methods during the perioperative period are discussed.The objective is to further deepen the understanding of clinicians on the importance of prevention and treatment of postoperative dry eye.
