摘要
为研究圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧节距对刚度与应力的影响,基于HyperMesh软件与ANSYS软件进行联合仿真,对标准节距和各组节距不均匀的圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧进行有限元对比分析。介绍了有限元分析的过程和结果,确认圆柱螺旋扭转弹簧节距不均匀对刚度及所受最大应力均无影响。
In order to study the influence of the pitch of cylindrical spiral torsion spring on rigidity and stress,based on HyperMesh software and ANSYS software,a co-simulation was carried out,and the finite element comparative analysis was carried out on the cylindrical spiral torsion spring with standard pitch and each cylindrical spiral torsion spring with uneven pitch.The process and results of the finite element analysis were introduced,and it is confirmed that the uneven pitch of cylindrical spiral torsion spring has no effect on the rigidity and maximum stress.
