摘要
对压载水过滤器传动系统中轴键连接的失效问题进行了分析,提出了改进方案,并通过理论计算与有限元分析对改进方案进行了校核。研究结果表明,应根据过滤器传动系统的实际工况,选择合适的轴、键材料。强度校核中,若单键不能满足强度要求,则可采用双键及花键。所做分析与改进为过滤器轴键连接的设计、校核,以及可靠性提高提供参考。
The failure of the connection between shaft and key in the ballast water filter transmission system was analyzed,and an improvement plan was proposed.The improvement plan was checked through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.The findings show that the appropriate shaft and key materials should be selected according to the actual working condition of the filter transmission system.In the strength check,if the single key cannot meet the strength requirement,double keys and spline can be used.The analysis and improvement have provided reference for the design,verification and reliability improvement of the connection between shaft and key in the filter.
