摘要
实验室集中供气系统是目前一些高校及科研院所采用的一种使用气体的方式。这种方式消除了部分气瓶安全隐患,改变了一些不良的气瓶使用习惯,但也可能带来新的安全风险。根据发生气体泄漏的环境,集中供气系统可分成三个部分,即钢瓶柜、室外输送管道、室内用气点。运用FTA(故障树)分析方法可确定发生气体泄漏火灾爆炸事故的原因,再根据布尔代数运算,分析事故原因的最小割集、最小径集和结构重要度,提出相应的安全措施与对策。
Laboratory centralized gas supply system is a method of using gas in some universities and scientific research institutes. This method has eliminated some hidden dangers of cylinder safety and changes some bad habits of cylinder utilization, but it may also bring about new safety risks. According to the environment of gas leakage, the system can be divided into three parts such as the cylinder cabinet, outdoor long-distance pipeline and indoor gas points. The FTA(fault tree analysis) is used to determine the causes of gas leakage fire and explosion accidents, and then, according to Boolean algebra operation, the minimum cut set, the minimum path set and the structural importance of the accident cause are analyzed, and the corresponding safety measures and countermeasures are put forward.
