摘要
针对目前生物3D打印机昂贵以及生物水凝胶不易成型等问题,提出了采用FDM打印机为基础,搭建冷冻生物3D打印机,实现生物活性材料的三维打印成型。从冷冻生物3D打印机的搭建到生物活性材料的制备与打印,涉及机械、材料、生物、医学等多学科知识,有助于开阔材料成型专业学生的视野,培养其创新思维能力和动手能力。
In view of the current problems such as the high cost of 3D bioprinters and the difficulty in forming biological hydrogels, this paper proposes to establish a cryogenic 3D printer based on FDM(fused deposition modelling) printer to achieve 3D printing of bioactive materials. From the establishment of a cryogenic 3D printer to the preparation and printing of bioactive materials, it involves multi-disciplinary knowledge of machinery, materials, biology, medicine and so on, which helps to broaden the vision of students majoring in material forming and cultivate their innovative thinking ability and practical ability.
