摘要
大型煤与瓦斯突出实验装备的成功研制,为深部突出灾害的科学研究提供了平台。针对现有配套的抽注气系统存在功能集成度偏低、安全措施有限等问题,设计了一套安全、高效的集成式抽注气系统。系统集抽真空、注压缩空气、注CO2等功能于一体。实验的成功开展,验证了系统的可行性与安全性。集成式抽注气系统的成功运用,能够为大型煤与瓦斯突出模拟实验抽注气系统的设计提供借鉴。
The successful development of large-scale coal and gas outburst experimental equipment provides a platform for scientific research on deep outburst disaster. Aiming at the problems of low function integration and limited safety measures in the existing matched gas extraction and injection systems, a set of safe and efficient integrated gas extraction and injection system is designed. The system integrates the functions of vacuum pumping, compressed air injection and carbon dioxide injection. The successful implementation of the experiment verifies the feasibility and safety of the system. The successful application of the integrated gas extraction and injection system can provide reference for the design of gas extraction and injection system in large-scale coal and gas outburst simulation experiment.
