摘要
针对数控机床这类复杂机电系统开发了基于MATLABGUI软件平台的可靠性虚拟仿真实验系统,实现了数控机床子系统及整机系统的可靠性仿真分析及评估等功能。通过数控机床子系统可靠性试验收集故障数据,利用该软件系统对其进行分布检验及参数估计,得到各子系统的可靠性分布模型。并依据各子系统的串联关系,利用蒙特卡洛仿真方法生成整机系统的故障样本数据,仿真分析整机系统的可靠性分布规律及可靠性评估指标。
Aiming at the complex mechanical and electrical system such as CNC machine tool, a virtual simulation experiment system of reliability based on MATLAB GUI software platform is developed, which realizes the functions of reliability simulation analysis and evaluation of CNC machine tool subsystem and whole machine system.The failure data is collected through the reliability test of the CNC machine tool subsystem, and the distribution test and parameter estimation are carried out by using this software system to obtain the reliability distribution model of each subsystem. According to the series relationship of each subsystem, the fault sample data of the whole system is generated by Monte Carlo simulation method, and the reliability distribution law and reliability evaluation index of the whole system are simulated and analyzed.
