摘要
工业机器人广泛应用于各生产领域,安全是其最重要的性能指标之一。从工业机器人安全技术的重要性出发,分析了导致机器人安全事故的主要原因,从机器人本体控制、机器人操作、人机干涉碰撞3个方面介绍和归纳了目前国内外机器人安全防护技术的实现方法和特性。总结了现有防护技术在新的人机协作生产模式下存在适应性、灵活性等方面的问题,对基于机器视觉和触觉传感器相融合的安全防护技术进行了展望,为未来进一步深入研究提供参考。
Industrial robots are widely used in various fields of production,and safety is one of the most important performance indexes.Starting from the significanceof industrial robot safety technology,the main causes of robot safety accidents were analyzed.The implementations and characteristics of robot safety protection technology at home and abroad were introduced and concluded from the robot body control,robot operation and human-machine interference collision.The adaptability and flexibility problems of existing techniques in the new human-machine collaborative production mode were summarized,and some prospects for safety protection technology based on machine vision and tactile sensors were discussed,which provides reference for further research in the future.
