摘要 为了响应《中国智能制造2025》和《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的号召,大力推进新时代下职业教育的发展,打造高水平的职业教育实训基地,介绍了一种职业院校智能制造车间实训柔性制造系统方案。该智能制造车间实训柔性制造系统是1:1真实呈现车间工业现场环境,整个系统通过MES(制造执行系统)控制完成,实现基于机器人、数控机床、AGV、物流传输线系统、RFID、仓储管理等系统的集成,完成车间现场产品的智能物流和自动装配、自动加工、智能仓储,方便学生现场操作实训调试优化。系统主要涵盖了企业管理、制造加工、物流仓储等功能,是当代智能化工厂的缩影,局部体现了生产的某些阶段,并且后期还可扩展其他工位,让学生能够提前走进企业。 In order to respond to the call of"China Intelligent Manufacturing 2025"and"National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan",vigorously promote the development of vocational education in the new era,and built a high-level vocational education training base,a flexible manufacturing system scheme for intelligent manufacturing workshop training in vocational colleges was introduced.The flexible manufacturing system for intelligent manufacturing workshop introduced is a 1:1 true presentation of the workshop's industrial site environment.The entire system is controlled by MES(Manufacturing Execution System),which is based on robots,CNC machine tools,AGVs,logistics transmission line systems,RFID.The integration of warehouse management and other systems completes the intelligent logistics and automatic assembly,automatic processing,and intelligent warehousing of on-site products in the workshop,which is convenient for students to optimize on-site operation,training,and debugging.The system mainly covers functions such as enterprise management,manufacturing and processing,logistics and warehousing,and is the epitome of contemporary intelligent chemical factories,part of it reflects certain stages of production,and other workstations can be expanded later,allowing students to enter the enterprise in advance.
