港口移动式气象智能监测系统设计

摘要 为了进一步提高港口船舶进出港航行海域微气象的实时观测和预警能力,提出移动式气象智能监测系统。该系统克服岸基观测点观测范围不变的局限性,针对作业拖轮而设计定制的气象智能监测系统。该系统主要由多参数一体化气象传感器、船载智能通讯模块、船载边缘计算终端、船载显控终端等组成,具有安装便捷、移动式观测、通讯稳定等特点。船载智能终端所附带的多参数一体化气象传感器用于收集多种气象指标,经过船载边缘计算终端即时处理气象数据,并上传至船载显控终端。由专业技术人员负责查阅审核,最终通过船载智能通讯模块借助4G通讯网络上传至岸基显控终端。该系统提高了观测数据的有效性和实时性,对于船舶在恶劣环境下的进出港安全和效率提升具有非常重要的意义。 In order to further improve the real-time observation and early warning capabilities of micro-meteorology in the sea area of port ships entering and leaving the port,the mobile weather intelligent monitoring system was proposed.The system overcomes the limitations of the unchanging observation range of shore-based observation points,and is a custom-designed meteorological intelligent monitoring system for operating tugs.The system is mainly composed of multi-parameter integrated meteorological sensor,ship-mounted intelligent communication module,ship-mounted edge computing terminal,ship-mounted display and control terminal,which has the characteristics of convenient installation,mobile observation,and stable communication.The multi-parameter integrated meteorological sensor attached to the ship-borne intelligent terminal is used to collect a variety of meteorological indicators,and the meteorological data is processed in real time through the ship-borne edge computing terminal and uploaded to the ship-borne display and control terminal.Professional and technical personnel are responsible for review and review,and finally upload to the shore-based display control terminal through the on-board intelligent communication module through the 4G communication network.The system improves the effectiveness and real-time performance of observation data,which is of great significance for the safety and efficiency of ships entering and exiting ports in harsh environments.
