基于AMESim的组合式油压机冲盂系统仿真研究

摘要 以某型组合式油压机冲盂系统为研究对象,介绍了组合式油压机液压冲盂系统的组成和工作原理,利用AMESim软件分别建立冲盂回路中二通方向插装阀、二通压力插装阀、二通比例流量插装阀模型,并利用插装阀的样本实测曲线校正和优化仿真模型。在此基础上,建立油压机冲盂回路工作模型,完成冲盂工序油压机系统特性仿真分析,为油压机系统方案设计和驱动缸压力柔性控制提供参考。 The composition and working principle of the hydraulic punching system of a combined hydraulic press was introduced.The models of two-way directional cartridge valve,two-way pressure cartridge valve and two-way proportional flow cartridge valve in the cupping circuit were established by using AMESim software,and the simulation model was corrected and optimized by using the sample measured curve of the simulation model.On the basis,the working model of hydraulic press punching circuit was established,and the simulation analysis of hydraulic press system characteristics was completed.It provides reference for the design and optimization of hydraulic press system.
