曲面共形天线强度分析

摘要 针对平面天线在曲面共形天线中的应用,建立曲面共形天线的有限元分析模型,提出了一种共形载荷的模拟方法。结合方法与模型,分析了曲面共形天线内部应力的分布特点,并根据应力分布特定选择了代表路径对应力变化进行分析,应力在中心处取得最大值,在宽度方向上变化较小,在长度方向边缘变化较大。分析了在弯曲半径变化时,曲面共形天线内部应力变化,并针对特定厚度2 mm,计算出在不超过强度极限的情况下的最小弯曲半径为210 mm。分析了在厚度变化时,曲面共形天线内部应力变化,在弯曲半径500 mm,厚度最大值为4 mm。分析了在弯曲半径变化时,共形天线所能选取的极限厚度,发现天线的厚度与弯曲半径近似成线性关系。为平面天线在曲面共形天线中的应用提供了数据参考。 Aiming at the application of planar antennas in curved conformal antennas,a finite element analysis model of the curved conformal antenna was established,and a simulation method of conformal load was proposed.Combined with the method and model,the internal stress distribution characteristics of the curved conformal antenna were analyzed,and the representative path was selected to analyze the stress changes according to the stress distribution characteristics.The stress took the maximum value at the center,the change was small in the width,and the change was large at the edge of length.When the bending radius changed,the internal stress of the curved conformal antenna was analyzed,and for a specific thickness of 2 mm,the minimum bending radius without exceeding the strength limit was calculated,which was 210 mm.When the thickness changed,the internal stress of the curved conformal antenna was analyzed.At a bending radius of 500 mm,the maximum thickness was 4 mm.The ultimate thickness that a conformal antenna could take when the bending radius changes was analyzed.And it was found that the thickness of the antenna was approximately in a linear relationship with the bending radius.The analysis results provide a data reference for the application of planar antennas incurved conformal antennas.
