摘要 为更好地保障长距离带式输送机的安全高效运行,基于传统长距离带式输送机液压张紧装置现存的输出张力不稳定,安全可靠性差等问题,设计了一种适用于长距离带式输送机的液压自动张紧装置。介绍了该装置的结构、控制原理,分析了该装置的硬件部分与软件部分的设计方法,其硬件部分主要是以西门子S7-1200可编程控制器为控制核心并结合张紧电机来完成张紧作业的,软件部分主要是介绍了张紧力控制流程情况,通过应用该装置,可实时监控并调节带式输送机的张紧力,更好地保障带式输送机的安全稳定运行。 In order to better ensure the safe and efficient operation of long-distance belt conveyor,based on the existing problems of unstable output tension and poor safety and reliability of traditional long-distance belt conveyor hydraulic tensioning device,a hydraulic automatic tensioning device suitable for long-distance belt conveyor was designed.The structure and control principle of the device were introduced,and the design methods of the hardware and software parts of the device were analyzed.The hardware part mainly takes Siemens S7-1200 programmable controller as the control core and combines with the tensioning motor to complete the tensioning operation.The software part mainly introduces the tensioning force control process.Through the application of the device,it can monitor and adjust the tension of the belt conveyor in real time to better ensure the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor.
