摘要
对某F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组汽轮机液压盘车装置的一次典型故障进行了原因分析与处理。根据盘车装置的内部结构、工作原理和现场解体情况,结合历史运行故障,对该典型故障的发生机理进行了详细分析,发现传动轴与汽轮机转子对中不良和汽轮机转子弯曲度过大为盘车传动轴轴承磨损诱发因素;漏打回油孔导致油循环不能正常进行和推力间隙测量不准确为传动轴轴承磨损恶化和盘车转速变化影响因素;存在内部杂质为传动轴轴承磨损可能性因素。根据以上原因,从生产制造要求、安装调试工艺要求、运行维护周期策略等方面提出了相应的建议,以从根本上避免该类型液压盘车装置这一典型故障的发生,为同类型盘车装置的安全稳定运行和故障分析处理提供借鉴。
The cause analysis and treatment of a typical fault of steam turbine hydraulic turning device of a class F gas steam combined cycle generator set were carried out.According to the internal structure,working principle and on-site disassembly of the turning gear,combined with the historical operation faults,the occurrence mechanism of the typical fault was analyzed in detail.It was found that the poor alignment between the transmission shaft and the steam turbine rotor and the excessive bending of the steam turbine rotor were the inducing factors of the bearing wear of the turning gear transmission shaft.The failure of oil circulation caused by missing oil return hole and inaccurate measurement of thrust clearance were the influencing factors of deterioration of transmission shaft bearing wear and change of turning speed.The presence of internal impurities is a possible factor of transmission shaft bearing wear.According to the above reasons,corresponding suggestions were put forward from the aspects of production and manufacturing requirements,installation and commissioning process requirements,operation and maintenance cycle strategy,so as to fundamentally avoid the typical fault of this type of hydraulic turning gear,and provide reference for the safe and stable operation and fault analysis and treatment of the same type of turning gear.
