某项目的废气排放风管规格超大,其预制的拼接件尺寸也大,运输装载方式不当会造成板材变形或涂层损伤;风管在厂区室外架空安装,长度近1 km,风管节数多,且单节风管的体积大、质量重、拼装效率低;场平复杂,二次转运效率低;在吊装和高空组对安装时,作业安全风险高。为确保施工安全和工期,特制作了立式组合式托架用于装载拼接件,在现场搭设了拼装平台拼接风管,制作了高空作业操作平台等技术措施予以保证。对风管的运输、现场拼装、二次转运、吊装和高空组对安装、风管严密测试等技术措施进行了详细阐述。

Due to the large size of the exhaust emission air duct of the Xinzhun project,the size of its prefabricated splice is also large.Improper transportation and loading methods can cause plate deformation or coating damage;the duct is installed overhead in the factory area,with a length of nearly 1 km and a large number of duct sections,and the single-sectionductis large in size,heavy in quality,and low in assembly efficiency;complex field leveling and low secondary transfer efficiency;high operational safety risks during hoisting and high-altitude assembly and installation.In order to ensure the construction safety and construction period,the vertical combined bracket was specially made for loading splices,the assembly platform was set up on site to splice ducts,and the operating platform of working at height was made to ensure.Technical measures such as air duct transportation,on-site assembly,secondary transfer,hoisting,high-altitude assembly and installation,air duct tightness test and so on were introduced.
