工科海归学者科研合作行为研究——以H大学水利学科为例

Study on Scientific Research Cooperation among Returned Engineering Scholars:Case Study of Hydro Science in H University

[目的/意义]海归学者是高校人才队伍的重要组成部分,研究海归学者科研合作行为,有利于推动有效科研合作,提高科研人员学术表现与学术贡献。[方法/过程]以H大学水利学科的海归教师为研究对象,以文献计量学、访谈法为研究方法,分析学者回国后的科研合作行为演变及影响因素。[结果/结论]海归学者回国后的合作者数量经历了由少变多的过程,合作重心从校内合作和国际合作并重逐步向以校内合作为主转变。海归学者拥有的国内学缘关系、回国前建立的海外学术网络,以及回国后对研究领域的规划是影响他们科研合作行为的主要原因。

[Purpose/significance]Returnee scholars are an important part of the talent team of universities.Exploring the research cooperative behavior of returnee scholars is conducive to promoting effective research cooperation and improving the academic performance and contribution of researchers.[Method/process]The paper takes the returnee scholars of hydro science in H university as the research objects and analyzes the evolution of scientific research cooperation behavior and its influencing factors after scholar’s returning to China by using bibliometrics and social interviews.[Result/conclusion]After returning to China the number of cooperation experienced a process from fewer to more and the focus of cooperation has gradually changed from both intramural and international cooperation to intramural cooperation.The main factors influencing the cooperative behavior of the returnee scholars are the academic relationship in China the overseas academic network established before returning to China and the research field planning after returning to China.
