高校图书馆微信公众号服务评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of WeChat Official Account Service in University Libraries

[目的/意义]对高校图书馆微信公众号服务进行合理、有效的评价,有利于图书馆工作的进一步完善,更好地为师生提供便捷的服务,从而为人才培养贡献力量。[方法/过程]首先,构建高校图书馆微信公众号服务评价指标体系;其次,通过组合赋权的方法确定指标权重排序;最后,借助偏序集评价方法中的Hasse图对26所高校图书馆微信公众号服务进行分层和聚类,针对结果进行分析。[结果/结论]该评价方法是可行的,能够改善传统评价方法中确定具体权重的问题,为高校图书馆微信公众号服务评价提供了新方法。

[Purpose/significance]A reasonable and effective evaluation of WeChat official account service in university libraries is conducive to further improvement of library work and better service for teachers and students thereby contributing to the training of talents.[Method/process]First the paper constructs the evaluation index system of WeChat official account service in university libraries.Secondly the paper determines the ranking of index weights by combining weights.Lastly the official account of WeChat public number in 26 university libraries is stratified and clustered by using the Hasse diagram in partial order set method.[Result/conclusion]The evaluation method is feasible and can improve the problem of determining the specific weight in traditional evaluation methods and provides a new method for the evaluation of WeChat official account service in university libraries.
