摘要
文章介绍了用细乳液聚合法制备含有油溶性品红染料的纳米聚合物乳液的实验。以苯乙烯、丙烯腈、油溶性品红染料为原料,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,以十六醇为助乳化剂,以叔丁基过氧化氢-抗坏血酸氧化还原体系为引发剂,以硫酸氧钒为催化剂,通过细乳液聚合技术制备了含有油溶性品红染料的水基体系乳液,表征了单体转化率,利用紫外-可见光吸收测试了包覆率、乳液粒径及其分布、热稳定性、聚合物相对分子质量等。结果发现,通过细乳液聚合制备的含油溶性品红染料的聚合物乳液,能将油溶性染料制成水基型彩色墨水,既提高了墨水的稳定性,又达到了环保效果。
This paper introduces the preparation of nano emulsion of oil soluble fuchsin dyes by miniemulsion polymerization.Using styrene,acrylonitrile and oil soluble fuchsin dyes as raw materials,twelve alkyl sulfate as emulsifier,sixteen alcohol as assistant emulsifier,tert butyl hydrogen peroxide ascorbic acid redox system as initiator,vanadium sulfate as catalyst,water based emulsion containing soluble fuchsin dyes was prepared by miniemulsion polymerization.The conversion rate of monomer was characterized.The coating rate,the particle size and its distribution,the thermal stability and the molecular weight of the polymer were tested by UV visible absorption.It was found that the emulsion of oil soluble fuchsin dyes prepared by miniemulsion polymerization can produce oil soluble dyes as water-based color ink,which not only improves the ink stability,but also achieves the environmental protection effect.
