摘要
本文采用HCl-HNO3-HClO4-HF四酸敞口处理样品,低温蒸干,氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定地球化学样品中的硒。该方法检出限为0.0043μg/g,相对误差范围为-7.27%~8.89%,加标回收率为94.5%~105%,相对标准偏差小于10%。该方法方便、快捷,适合大批量样品的检测。
In this paper,HCl-HNO3-HClO4-HF acid was exposed to the samples,and the selenium in geochemical samples was determined by low temperature evaporation and atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the method detection limit of 0.0043 mu g/g,the accuracy of the relative error range of 7.27%~8.89%,standard addition recovery was 95%~105%,the precision of relative standard deviation was less than 10%,The method is convenient and rapid,and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
