Problem forms and optimizing ways of laboratory security culture construction in the new era

新时期政策的支撑和技术的进步在赋予实验室安全文化建设发展机遇的同时也带来挑战,并表征出安全精神文化隐性缺失、安全行为文化职责交叠、安全制度文化认同错位、安全物质文化投入不敷的问题形态。基于此,实验室构建多样性和全面性的安全文化建设体系已经成为必然趋势。本研究针对现阶段实验室安全文化建设的问题形态提出优化策略和方法,并提供新的研究思路与实践视角。新时期实验室安全文化建设需要革新实验室安全文化引领的范围、健全实验室安全文化运行的机制、扩展实验室安全文化传播的载体。

The support of policy and technological progress in the new era brings development opportunities in the construction of laboratory security culture,but also brings challenges with these features such as hidden lack of security spirit and culture,and overlap of security behaviors and culture duties,and cultural agreement misplacement of security system,and insufficient investment in security material and culture.Based on this,it is an inevitable trend for laboratories to build a diverse and comprehensive security culture construction system.This study proposes optimization strategies and methods according to the problem form of laboratory security culture construction at this stage,and provide new research ideas and practical perspectives.It is necessary to innovate the scope of laboratory security culture guidance,improve the mechanism of laboratory security culture operation,and expand the supporters of laboratory security culture propagation.
