摘要
聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆是目前变电站应用最广泛的电缆。当电缆发生局部放电或过载时,伴随着电缆温度的升高,会裂解产生气体。通过监测该类气体的浓度并分析,可实现PVC电缆早期故障预警。文章给出基于物联网技术的气体感知层研制方案、物联网组网方式及现场安装部署过程。在试点应用过程中,发现一起典型电缆过热案例,对该案例进行分析后,证实本系统的准确性和有效性。
PVC cable is the most widely used cable in substation,When partial discharge or overload occurs,along with the rise of cable temperature,it will crack and produce gas.By monitoring the concentration of these gases and analyzing them,It can realize PVC cable early warning.In this paper,the development scheme of gas sensing layer based on Internet of things technology,the networking mode of Internet of things and the process of field installation and deployment are given.During the pilot application,a typical cable overheating case was found.After the case was dissected,the accuracy and effectiveness of the system were confirmed.This system provides a new solution and auxiliary method for the daily operation and maintenance of cables on the basis of traditional technology.
