文章提出一种绝缘子盐密度灰密度采样检测辅助工具,该工具能快速直接地将伸缩杆伸缩到指定采集位置上,通过电动推杆,形成采集轨道进行有效采集。装置不但能取代传统的人手高空作业操作,同时还能减轻劳动量,为电力及相关绝缘子检测领域提供便捷的技术参考与工具辅助支持。

This paper proposes an auxiliary tool for insulator salt density and ash density sampling and detection,which can quickly and directly extend the telescopic rod to the designated collection position,and form a collection track for effective collection through an electric push rod.The device can not only replace the traditional manual aerial work operation,but also reduce the amount of labor,and provide convenient technical reference and tool auxiliary support for the field of electric power and related insulator detection.
