摘要
大数据环境下,供电企业的供电与客户服务有了全新的数据支持,大数据能够辅助供电企业创建数据分析系统,进而通过全面、深入地分析数据来获得客户的相关信息,从而制定科学的供电服务方案。文章重点分析了大数据特征以及大数据环境下电力客户服务数据分析系统的设计与应用。
