摘要 采用串级PID控制策略,加入超前预判及后期修正误差的调节,并引入自抗扰控制算法,实现再热汽温控制曲线快速平滑达到设定值的目的,较快实现调节过程平稳过度,保持调节系统的参数稳定,优化机组的调节品质。 The cascade PID control strategy is adopted,the adjustment of advanced prediction and late correction error is added,and the auto disturbance rejection control algorithm is introduced to achieve the purpose of rapid and smooth reheating steam temperature control curve to reach the set value,on the premise of faster speed Realize the smooth transition of the adjustment process,keep the parameters of the adjustment system stable,and optimize the adjustment quality of the unit.
