摘要
采用水浸-硫化钠置换方法对铅冶炼底吹炉烟灰中镉的回收进行了研究,就浸出温度、浸出时间、固液比等试验条件对镉回收率的影响进行试验,得出最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,在温度60℃,液固比3∶1,浸出时间2h时,镉的浸出率达90%以上;用硫化钠室温置换30min,镉回收率可达90%。
The water immersion-sodium sulphide replacement method of cadmium recovery from bottom-blowning furnace ash of lead smelting was studied,the influences of leaching temperature,leaching time,solid-liquid ratio and other experimental conditions on cadmium recovery were studied,and the optimum process parameters were obtained.The test results show that under the conditions of that the temperature of 60℃,liquid-solid ratio 3∶1,leaching time 2 h,the extraction of cadmium is more than 90%;and sodium sulphide was used to replace cadmium for half an hour at room temperature,the recovery of cadmium is about 90%.
