摘要
通过回转窑硫酸化焙烧工序的改进,降低回转窑窑头的腐蚀速度,回转窑螺旋重新选型且缩短窑体内的螺旋,根据铜阳极泥的品位变化,及时调整酸泥比,单台回转窑铜阳极泥处理量控制在3.05~3.55t,不仅可以抑制回转窑产出炉结,而且有效地降低了蒸硒渣含硒量。改进后,蒸硒渣含硒指标均值为0.089%,粗硒直收率达到95.01%,每年可以创造的经济效益约87.37万元。
Through the improvement of the rotary kiln sulphating roasting process,the corrosion rate of the rotary kiln head is reduced,the rotary kiln screw is re-selected and the screw in the kiln body is re-selected,and the acid mud ratio is adjusted in time according to the change of copper anode mud.The copper anode slime treatment volume in single rotary kiln is controlled at 3.05~3.55 t,which can not only inhibit the output of the rotary kiln,but also effectively reduce the selenium content of the steamed selenium slag.After the improvement,the average selenium index of the steamed selenium residue is 0.089%,the direct recovery rate of crude selenium reaches 95.01%,and the annual economic benefit can be about 873700 yuan.
