摘要 采用“浸出—净化—萃铜—电积”的方式处理含铜物料时,在生产过程中铜电积液中铁会不断富集而影响生产。利用萃取法平衡铜电积液中铁离子的方法主要包含P204萃铁,用盐酸进行反铁,配合萃取料液过滤、萃余液除油、有机水洗、废酸返回浸出系统等工序。萃取段采用3级逆流萃取,2级反萃、5级水洗。萃取的料液为含酸160~180g/L硫酸的铜电积液,萃取剂为P204,萃取采用有机相与水相比为3∶1,萃铁能力为50%。萃余液必须经过除油达标后方可与电积液混合,空载有机一定要通过洗涤将有机物夹带的氯离子除去,而反铁后的废酸返回至浸出车间回用。 When copper containing materials are treateol by"leaching purification copper extraction electrowinning"method,iron in copper electrowinning fluid will continue to accumulate and affect the production.The method of using extraction to balance iron ion in copper electrowinning liquid mainly includes P204 extraction of iron,anti iron with hydrochloric acid,filtration of extraction material solution,degreasing of raffinate,organic water washing,and return of waste acid to leaching system.Three stage countercurrent extraction,two stage stripping and five stage washing were used in the extraction section.The results show that the material liquid is copper electrolyte containing 160~180 g/L sulfuric acid,the extractant is P204,the ratio of organic phase to water is 3∶1,and the iron extraction capacity is 50%.The raffinate can only be mixed with the electrowinning liquid after reaching the standard of degreasing.The chlorine ion is entrained by the organic matter must be removed by washing,and the waste acid after anti iron is returned to the leaching workshop for reuse.
