摘要
试验控制熔炼工艺,分别采用普通半连续铸造、传统电磁搅拌铸造以及螺旋电磁搅拌铸造三种工艺制备直径120mm的7050合金铸锭,采用数理统计的方法分析其成分均匀性并观察其显微组织。结果表明螺旋电磁搅拌能抑制区域偏析,显著提高铸锭整体的成分均匀性,其显微组织也明显改善,呈蔷薇状和近球状。
Controling the melting process,and respectively using normal semi-continuous casting,normal electromagnetic stiring(EMS)and spiral electromagnetic stirring casting(SEMS)to produce 7050 alloy billets with a diameter of 120mm.Adopting the method of mathematical statistics to analyse chemical component uniformity of the billet and observing it’s microstructure.The results show that the billet with low macro-segregation and high chemical component uniformity is obtained in case of SEMS,and the microstructure is refined greatly,which mainly consists of rosaceous and nearly globose structure.
