惰气熔融-红外吸收法测定铝硅、铝锡中间合金中氧含量 被引量:1

Determination of Oxygen Content in Al-Si and Al-Sn Master Alloy by Impulse Heating-infrared Absorption

摘要 铝硅、铝锡中间合金是钛合金中常用的一种添加剂,准确测定其氧含量可有效控制钛合金质量。试验采用铜标准样品校准仪器,石墨套坩埚进行测定,建立了惰气熔融-红外吸收法测定铝硅、铝锡中间合金氧含量的测定方法。研究了熔融方式、分析功率、称样量对结果的影响,试验表明不同熔融方式下分析结果差异较大。对于铝硅中间合金,铜与锡共同使用效果良好,此浴料能有效减少铝的挥发对氧的吸附,提高分析结果的准确性;对于铝锡中间合金,镍为最佳浴料。采用优化条件对两种合金进行精密度试验,相对标准偏差不大于10%,采用铜标准样品进行加标回收试验,铝硅回收率为97%~102%,铝锡回收率为93%~98%,方法满足常规分析要求。 Al-Si and Al-Sn master alloy is commonly used additives in titanium alloy.The accurate determination of oxygen content is advantageous for the quality control of titanium alloy.Oxygen content was determined in a graphite-double crucible using copper standard sample to calibrate the instrument.The determination method of oxygen content by pulse heating-infrared absorption was established.The influences of molten method,analytical power,sample mass were discussed.The test shows that the results are quite different in different molten methods.Copper and tin is good for Al-Si alloy,nickel is the best bath material for Al-Sn alloy.The inspection of precision is tested under the optical condition,the relative standard deviation of the two alloys are less than 10%.Recovery tests are conducted using standard sample of oxygen in copper,the recoveries of Al-Si alloy is 97%~102%and that of Al-Sn alloy is 93%~98%,the method meets the request of routine analysis.
