摘要
火灾发生之后,除了对其进行及时的扑灭,保证相关人员以及财产的安全外,还需要开展相对应的火灾调查工作。在这个过程中,直接证据以及间接证据的发现和应用可以帮助工作人员了解火灾的发生、发展的情况,更加有效地开展火灾调查工作。但在实际火灾调查中,直接证据以及间接证据存在差异性,将这两种证据进行有效的融合,能够帮助工作人员更加快速地查明火灾产生的原因,明确责任人。文章针对直接证据以及间接证据用于火灾调查中的具体运用进行分析。
After a fire,in addition to timely extinguishment to ensure the safety of the relevant personnel and property,it is also important to carry out the fire investigation.In this process,the discovery and application of direct and circumstantial evidence can help staff understand the occurrence and development of the fire,and more effectively carry out fire investigation work.However,in the actual fire investigation,there are differences between direct evidence and circumstantial evidence,the effective integration of these two types of evidence can help staff to more quickly identify the cause of the fire and identify those responsible.This paper analyzes the specific use of direct and circumstantial evidence in fire investigation.
