一种染病太子参微生物群落及致病菌的分析

Analysis of Microbial Community and pathogen causing red root on Pseudostellaria heterophylla

目的探讨一种外观呈红色的染病太子参微生物群落的改变,分析其致病微生物,为其科学防治提供依据。方法分别对染病太子参及正常太子参根部进行解剖,提取太子参核酸,经富集后进行高通量测序建库,使用长读长Pacbio测序技术,对其所含的细菌进行测序,并通过数据分析,确定微生物组成及丰度含量。结果相对正常参,染病太子参中变形菌门、后壁菌门的相对丰度,分别提高了46.75%和7.91%;降低蓝细菌门、放线菌门的相对丰度,分别降低了40.05%和13.23%。其中,在染病太子参中所检测得到的Paraburkholderia__phenazinium菌含量极高,是正常参的28.18倍。结论相对于正常参,这种外观呈红色的染病太子参微生物群落变化极大,其中Paraburkholderia_phenazinium可能是其致病微生物。

Objective To investigate the changes of microbial community of red circles disease on Pseudostellaria heterophylla and analyse its pathogen,in order to provide its basis for scientific prevention and control.Methods The root of red disease and normal Pseudostellaria heterophylla were dissected respectively,and the trace nucleic acid were extracted.High-throughput sequencing was used to create database.The content and abundance of the microorganisms were determined through the data analysis.R esults Compared with normal Pseudostellaria heterophylla,the relative abundance of proteobacteria and firmicutes in diseased Pseudostellaria heterophylla were increased by 46.75%and 7.91%,respectively,and the cyanobacteria and actinomycetes were decreased by 40.05%and 13.23%,respectively.The content of Paraburkholderia_phenazinium in diseased Pseudostellaria heterophylla was 28.18 times higher than that in normal.Conclusion Compared with the normal Pseudostellaria heterophylla,the relative abundance of microbial community was varied greatly in diseased Pseudostellaria heterophylla,and the Paraburkholderia phenazinium may be its pathogenic microorganism.
