黑三七中总皂苷的含量测定

Determination of Total Saponin in Black Panax Notoginseng

目的建立黑三七中总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法在544nm波长处测定黑三七中总皂苷的含量。结果10批黑三七中总皂苷的含量为3.24%~6.37%;方法学研究结果表明,本方法总皂苷质量在10.62~106.20μg范围内,线性关系良好,具有较好的精密度、重复性和准确度。结论总皂苷作为黑三七中的主要活性成分,含量较高,是黑三七质量评定的重要依据。本文建立的含量测定方法简便易行、专属性强、准确可靠,为黑三七的质量要求提供了重要的依据。

Objective To establish a method for determination of total saponins in Black Panax notoginseng.Methods The content of total saponin in Black Panax notoginseng was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 544nm wavelength.Results The content of total saponins in 10 batches of Black Panax notoginseng is 3.24~6.37%;the methodological research results show that the total saponina quality of this method is in the range of 10.62~106.20μg,the linear relationship is good,and it has good precision,repeatability and accuracy.Conclusion The total saponins,as the main active ingredient in the Black Panax notoginseng,have a relatively high content,which is an important basis for the quality evaluation of the Black Panax notoginseng.
